Group Request PM

It will be better world if someone could create MOD that when someone ask to join to open Usergroup to forum, then leaders of that Usergroup recive Automatic PM that user x want to join to group. Also, when request of that user is accept or decline, that users recive automatic PM with text created in ACP options for this MOD

So, it is 3 PM:

One to leader(s) of group that user x want to join (name of user should be clickabile and open user profile)
Second and third PM is for accepted or declined request of user.
