Images in header don't show unless logged in

I'm having a little bit of a head scratcher that I can't figure out. I have social buttons at the top of my forum that I've added. They are there for everyone to see...once they're logged in. If an unregistered person visits my site or a member who is not logged in, they cannot see the images.

Do I need to add some sort of code around them to ensure that everyone can see them at all times?

I will tip someone $5 to help me get it squared away.
