Style request 4.1.4

Howdy folks

I have a number of users that have epilepsy and would really benefit from a style that is black and white and does not contain any graphics or images (including smilies). Simply turning off images and flash in their browsers doesn't cover it all.

Imagine the default style without buttons or separating color bars ( Category bars for example ) and no logo. The separating borders can be kept but made black. In place of the buttons would be simple links. This would get rid of the annoying broken image icons they see using traditional styles.
