Looking for an icon set before buying

I was considering buying vBulletin to start up a web forum, but first I wanted to find this icon set to add to it. (Unless they arn't for vBulletin forums)

Does anyone know what set that image comes from? I couldn't find any other examples on google. (Spent the last 2 hours, and could only mind the mad icon. =/. And even then, the site no longer had it listed, so I had to take a screenshot of the google preview =/.)

I finally found a site that had a few more listed ^.^. (On like page 10 of google search results for inurl:do=showsmilies). Does anyone know if there is more somewhere? And also if these are pay icons that I will need to purchase on top of a license for the forum.
