Forum Blocks on FORUMDISPLAY?

So i search around and i couldn't find anything so I kinda tried to do it myself...

I looked in FORUMHOME for anything marked sidebar and i copied it over to FORUMDISPLAY... I thought I did a goof job of placement and such but it's still not showing...

Any1 try this before? Or any1 know why it wouldn't work?

I've attached my FORUMDISPLAY template code below if you want to have a look at what I did...
