Front Page to Twitter

I have reviewed the Twitter material in the forum and it looks like there are lots of info on how to tweet to twitter from the forums but I need to tweet to twitter just from the Front page (or articles).

Do anyone know how to add a add to twitter icon in the editoring window of Create an Article page?
