Changing Tab order

is there a mod or an easy way to change the order of tabs in v4.1.4?

I am looking for something that is failry straight forward -- I just want to change the order of the tabs.

for example -- if I install an add-on like Picture and Album Gallery or anything else that adds a tab -- I would like to be able to change to order.

for example -- current order

It would be great if there was a "Tab Order" Option in the AdminCP.
