Help Me iVe really messed up

Firstly im sorry i did not know where to put this

I changed my host as my toher was very unstable always going offline.I did a full back up through my cp panel.Uploaded to the new host but now im getting this every time i try to get the forum to load

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /home/stranger/public_html/forums/includes/config.php
Line: 1

Or if do get in my themes wont load no one can post as it gives another error please help me as i dont know what ive done wrong.

Yes i did change the domain name which i changed in the vbulletins options and config

Old domain is

http://strangers2friends.co.uk/forums/index.php

New domain

http://strangers2friends.co.uk
