When you run "what's new" script the resulting page has several columns.
First is the thread name, second is the number of replies and views, third is time of the last post and who posted it, fourth is the name of the subforum. Since our forum is in Russian, the words are quite a bit longer than in English. The third column is a particular problem widthwise as the users cannot see the contents of that column in full. We either need to widen that column to display the contents and make the second column narrower as it doesn't need to be as wide as it is. Alternatively, which would be our preferred solution, we need to move the standard text for each line (thread, replies and views, last post, forum) into the top bar of the search result display, which was the way the search results used to be displayed in the early versions of vbulletin 3. Either way, we don't know how to solve this problem. Would anyone be able to advise? Thank you! ![]() |
