User Name Resize

Please excuse my ignorance here. I recently did an update to 4. from 3. and my eyes are a tad wore out and I'm sure I am missing an easy find on this but where do I go to make the font larger in everyone's user name ....

The one I speak of is the same thats in their postings right next to their avatar. All others are okay but only this one is quite small and I would like to make it a wee bit larger.
