Fixing facebook login (lithuanian letter in the name and surname)

For example the name is Skanūs Receptai

Vbulletin converts it to SkanÅ«s Receptai if you use facebook connect.

It is very frustrating because most of people have symbols like that in their names.

Is there a way to fix that?
