Ranking and ranking position

i would like to have an help (i did search but i didnt find).

I am looking for a ranking system who let me choose between "registered from" , "number of posts", "number of attachment" and so on to give members multiple awards and to choose to give or not.

While i am here

i am looking to have ranking UNDER avatar and centered (and in what section i have to modify).
