Import Threads/Posts from MyBB SQL File

I have a MyBB SQL file for both threads and posts, am I able to import them into the database? I tried editing them to suit the vBulletin tables, but it didn't work for me.

If i am able to do it, could someone explain how? I have also changed a few of the forums, so they might not import to the right ones.

I was going to use the Impex system, but I deleted the MyBB board, so I can't import them that way.
