external redirects in framed page

I would like to see the external redirect add-on in framed page for 3.8 and 4.x series
This would help a good bit with pagerank and seo if I am correct either way, I will be happy to enter a little msg to those who are visiting external link

here is the original thread - its 3.6.x, it doesn't work on my 3.8.6pl1
