Need help finding a Skin / template type

Just installed yesterday

I am looking to run a template similar to R1-forum.com or R6-forum.com

My site is Yamaha-forums.com

I am looking to get a template that will allow me to run a sidebar so I can place ads in it, I am hoping to find a mod or hack to do this right in the system as it sits now.

Other than that I want to clean the navbar up, make it more visible, all around just more of a feel like the R1-forum there.... Any help or direction is appreciated.
