Email mod

Hi, I have been searching for an easy method of emailing users a prepared rejection or approval letter based on moderator input. I would like to have vb notify a user through email when I move their thread to a specific forum, or by adding it to the inline moderation tools.

Does anyone know if something like this exists? The only thing I could find was a pm notifier from 5 years ago, but in the end that wouldn't work with vb 4.1.

If anyone has any ideas or info let me know please.

Also I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this, I was looking around and it seemed like the best bet for a request like this.
