New Site for new Users

I have a question.

Is it possible to create for each new user on the forum own site?

I wish there's some custom profile fields and install your own scripts.

It is therefore for each user to create a site such as www, my-forum, de /-user_forum germany.php or something like that.

How can I implement it?
