drop down menu stacking order problem

Using Internet Explorer, roll over Hunting or Fishing and you will see what I mean.
It hides behind the navbar of the forum.
It works right on Firefox but not IE.
Is there a z-index I can change somewhere for the navbar or what else could it be?
