Problem with 10 characters limit

Hi to all , and a happy new year.

Actullay this is not a VB problem. A member gets the error message when he wants to post - saying that you have to write at least 10 characters etc. There is only one member like this. I checked it by using his username and password in my computer, there was no problem. I tried both with quick reply and and reply buttons there was no problem. I changed 10 chracters limit to 0 (acutally changed to 1) he tried and he still had the problem.

Most likely this is a problem from member side. I asked him to clear all history, cookies etc. from his browser and try again. Result was the same, he had this error message again ((

Can any one propose solution ?
