How to make profile field link in postbit?

I know how to add a profile field in the postbit but what if I want to make it a link?

I added this but I want to direct it to another page when it is clicked on:

<vb:if condition="$post['field8']"><dt>Wishlist</dt> <dd>{vb:raw post.field8}</dd></vb:if>
