is_member_of_blog(): $bloginfo['permissions'] not defined.

Hi,

I am receiving such errors on my blog page

Fatal error: is_member_of_blog(): $bloginfo['permissions'] not defined. in [path]/includes/blog_functions_shared.php on line 275.

And entire error handler object is printed.

Need some assistance.Was this a bug in vBulletin??
I am using version 4.0.3
