How to show catagories in the FORUMHOME like in vbulletin.org ?

Hello everybody.

Would you please help me finding the way to make catagories and moving between them as what done in vbulletin.org :

It would be better if you gave me the way of doing it as it is done here :
http://thewindows7site.com/forum/index.php

because there it moves between catagories without reloading the page.

Any help will be appreciated.
