Need advice on new forum mods

Hi guys

This is my first Vbulletin forum. I softly launched my forum last week only letting a couple of friends to use the site to try and find any bugs/issues.

I am reworking the homepage to make it more appealing when people first visit.

I have come up with a list of mods/changes that I would like to do. I am going to have to pay to get them done because I have no idea how to do it! It would be greatly appreciated it some of you more experienced VB goers could give me and idea on what it might cost as I have had a quote and it seems quite high.

1.) User profile bar on every page. At the moment the only way members can access their profile and settings is to go to the home page to click the links or the project blog page.
On the project blog page the settings come up in the right hand corner. If we could get that bar on every page it would be great! Is there anyway we can make it stand out slighty more? Bolder font, bigger font?

2.) When users sign up to become a free member I'd like them to have the option straight away to chose to be either a free or full Member with an explanation of what each member entitles you too. This is on the main registration form.

3.) When people try to vote it says ''you may not vote on this poll'' can you change the text to read ''You need to be a full member to vote and win! Sign up now''?

4.) The members notifications doesn't seem to work when a member gets an email or mail. If you send an email to a member and they click on notifications it say no mail....Weird. Is there anyway the notification text can flash or be highlight to show new messages?

5.) Friend requests are seriously hard to accept, you don't even know you got one.Can you get friend requests to show up with notifications?

Any help on these issues would be great, feel free to sign up, just bare in mind I'm not pushing this idea until I have the website just how I want it!
