Not possible to add sidebar column??

I've spent countless of hours trying to add a custom sidebar column on the Showthread templates.. I tried tons of style and ways.. but showthread doesn't allow you to add and extra column..

I really like to have a column, preferably 180px wide aligned on the right side. If anybody have done something similar to what I've requested please help.

PS --> I've tried using sidebar column hack called Sidebar Column: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...hlight=sidebar

Works good.. except it's a little off in showthread pages.
