CMS Section Titles

Guys... Not sure what has gone on here bu if you look at

www.moneyphoenix.com it shows "Latest" as the cms section only.

If we try to add more sections, it keeps creating sub sections under "Latest" how on earth do we create single sections without "Latest" being the parent, i'm sure i'm missing something
