Members can not reset their password using Forget Password Link.. Help

Hello,
When a member tries to reset the password using the Lost Password form in my forum, They are getting and error message.

The address that you have used to request a new password is not valid. Please request a new password be sent to you by using this form.

They are getting the password rest link in their email, but when the click on that they land on a page showing that error.

What could that be causing this? How am I supposed to fix it?

I am using vBulletin 3.8.5
