Server issues :(
It's been a horrific week for me, I was on shared hosting and after installing vbseo, my provider decided to disable my account, already with 6k members soI ordered a VPS...
Basic info: Centos 5.4 vmware 512mb ram 800MHz PHP 5.2.9 Installed, vbulletin+vbseo, disabled; calendar, search(guests), social groups and other vbulletin features. My site does not have that much traffic, only about 20 guests and 6 members at any given time of the day, sometimes it can go up to 90 guests and 20 members. My site went offline yesterday for about 3 hours and today for about 20 minutes. What can I do to decrease server load and memory usage? What's the proper configuration to run vBulletin + vbseo? Should I disable vbseo completely? I have not messed with any settings within the VPS. I will provide more info if needed. Please someone help me! |
