MOD works on one template but not another

I installed a MOD a few week ago and gave up after trying many things to get it to work. Tonight, I was going through the old templates which I have on my forum (via the drop down at the bottom left) and I noticed that it actually worked on an older template.

How can I get it to work on my main template? My main template is actually a modified version of the template the MOD works on.

The MOD is for displaying 'Todays Top Posters'.
