Hide links from guests

Hi there,
I need a modification that will hide links of specific websites from guests.
I want to have an option to create a list of websites via admincp and ONLY these websites will not be shown for guests.

For example,
If I will add rapidshare link then guests will see it like this:

http://www.rapidshare.com/files/*/filename.rar (You have to register to view this link)

Another example, megaupload:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=* (You have to register to view this link)

if the user didn't verify his account then he will not be able to view the link, he will see this message: "You have to verify your account to view this link"

Note that the links must being unlinked, I don't want to link into 404 pages.

some more features:
I want to have an option to choose which part of the link will contain wildcards.
I want to have an option to exclude it by forums.
