collapsin box over navbar

Hello to everybody. I've a question for you all. I've an IFRAME over the navbar that I use to show the blab chat that works very well. I'm searching for a mean to make it collapsable like the various categories in the main forum.

I don't really know if it's feasible or not since it's just an idea but what I want to get is the possibility to hide the chat for everyone that's not interested so he can save space on screen.
