Will upgrading to 4.0.2 from 4.0.1 mess up my mods?

So I guess I bought 4.0.1 right before they released 4.0.2. I installed a bunch of mods from the Mods forum, are they going to be all messed up now (vague I know, but general answer is fine).

Also how do we install the 4.0.2 update? I go to my customer page to download and it looks like a full install again. Or maybe I'm missing something.
