Mod Rewrite Help

When I upgraded from 3.8 to 4.0, I removed zointsseo, now my internal links don't work. Is there a simple mod rewrite that would allow me to fix this?

Previous end of URL: diy-black-trim-removal-2698.html

Where link is now: 2698-DIY-Black-Trim-Removal?

I'm thinking there should be a simple rewrite that would correct this.

PLEASE HELP!
