Random questions VB 3.8.4

Hey, I am looking for a mod that shows random questions on top of your vbulletin forum.
(www.rune-server.org) Like there. I already tried the vb 3.6 tip management add-on but it doesn't work for 3.8. So, does anyone know of an existing mod like this for 3.8?
