php upgraded site stopped working..

My host updated there php tonight and now my site is giving this:

this is what they sent me and it still did not work. Any ideas??

We just updated that server's PHP from 5.2.8 to 5.3.1 - some of the pertinent changes are:

Register Globals are off by default, but you can change that value on a local level, and allow_url_include is turned off as a security enhancement.

You can change these values locally if you need them changed. Please see:

I did everything the link said I have a php.ini here http://stuntusa.com/php.ini and http://stuntusa.com/forums/php.ini I even stick it in http://stuntusa.com/forums/inclueds/php.ini still no luck..
