Embed affiliate link within post

I am pretty sure I know the answer is no, but I thought I would give it a shot.

Is there a way to embed affiliate links within a post? Most affialites give you links in HTML or Javascript which are both disabled for security reasons.

Can you think of any other way to allow this functionality? Could I make a custom BB Code?
