Sigbar + statistics for vBulletin

Because even freeforums has it as a feature, so I think it can't be too hard to make for vBulletin, correct?

Except of course it'd say my own site's icon, banner, URL, member count and post count. Or whatever for whoever else was using the modification. Is it that difficult to make?
