Any idea about horizontal layout in forum home ?

I have searched the forum but cannot get an answer.

So does anyone know how to achieve this ? Or any existing examples ?

I put some examples in the attachments, but they are using Discuz system. I want to use vbulletin, but don't know how to display the forum in that way....
