url with post title

hello every one i have problem in url i have some forum and posting in urdu lang and i want for that forum my links include there title in url
right now my links look like this

http://www.mastdunya.com/showthread....-U-U-U-U-U-U-U

but i want to change it like this with title

[url]http://www.mastdunya.com/showthread.php?ہونٹوں پہ کبھی ان کے میرا نام ہی آئے [/url]

before upgarding vb4 i was useing vebseo but now i disable my vebseo coz its not compatible with vb 4 so how i can fix this plz help me to do this in vb4 thanks in advance
