Move to new server. ASCII mode

So, after long time of preparing our new server we have moved our forum to the new one. Everything is Ok, but seems after FXP from server to server .js files are in BINARY mode, all content goes in one line and errors with script on forum (for example vbulletin_quick_edit.js, Quick Edit doesn't work and so on). How to solve this, can I download files and reuplod once again in ASCII mode??? It will solve the problem?
