How do I change a word in post automatically?

Hello..
How can I change specific words in posts automatically? Kind of filtering the words.

Like, if someone posts "vBulletin", it'll become "vB^ll3tin".

I searched a lot for mods and all, But, didn't find anything for vB 3.8.4
