Export/Import Joomla Fireboard username and passwords?

I've currently got a community website and I use joomla, community builder and fireboards.

I've seen the light and I'm switching everything over to vbulletin forums. I've purchased and set up my vbulletin.

Rather than put up a message at the old site that tells my users: "Sorry folks, park's closed. Moose out front should have told ya.", I'd like to export my user's info (username, password and email address) and import it into vbulletin.

I am not concerned with importing any information from the old forum other than that.

Can I do this? Does impex or another mod do this?
