Looking for a private thread mod

I saw one that shared the name I was looking for, but didn't seem the right one :P

Basically, I'd love to find a mod that allows members to post a private thread in a given forum(s). The thread starter can then invite other members to join in on the discussion within the thread, but people not invited cannot view it. Maybe a type of password protection or an actual invite system...

Just wondering if one exists that might work on 3.8.
