How to Ban specific members from Specific forums?

I know i can create secondary usergroups and set the permissions to no access for the desired forum. However the complication comes when each member has multiple secondary usergroups. Since a YES always over-rides a NO permission, this method doesn't work for me.

Are there any other solutions? Tks.
