Peer Moderation

Is there a mod that allows peer moderation?

I.E. posts that are bad can be voted down and after a certain threshold hidden grayed out?

Then after another threshold hidden from everyone completely?

I did see a mod like this before but now i can't find it XD

Would be cool if one of yo guys can point it out.
