Adding a link in the navbar

I had added a few links in the navbar for our arcade and vbportal system, however after redoing a few themes I can't seem to find the place to do it again.

The things I've tried have not worked.

I'm looking in editing templates/navigation-breadcrumbs/navbar

I've copied/pasted a few items to suite my needs, or @ least what I thought would work..and I'm not having any luck.

Any help would be appreciated, and yes I've been searching with keywords like navbar, menu bar/etc.
