Default Skin adjustment
Where can I find the value to adjust the height of a panel in the forumhome, specifically the one pictured:

I would search for this, but I'm not sure what to search for. Please any help is appreciated. I actually exported the .xml style from another forum where it is correct on and imported it to a fresh installation of vbulletin. I've checked CSS, combed over the templates, I'm not sure what I'm missing here.
