VB Compatible Chat with Webcam?

I've been looking through many of the chats for vbulletin, but perhaps I missed one that has the ability to use webcams too? Can someone point me in the right direction as to where I can find one that is both chat and the ability to use a webcam? Any help is appreciated!! This can be both free or commercial.
