Usergroup Member List?

On my board I have created joinable State Chapters using the public Usergroups Feature.

By pure accident I found the member group list for those that have joined their state's chapter.

My question is since this member listing is only visible to the usergroup's leader, is there a way to make it visible to everyone?

Any info on this is greatly appreciated.
