External RSS feed

I have the external rss feed for my forum setup and working. But it only puts new topics in the feed. is there a way to add Replies to threads to the RSS feed as well? it would be really useful for me as i have an IRC server with rss feed reader. In which i spend most of my time. so having not only the new threads show up but having the replies show up too would be amazing.
