vbulletin licensing question.. and what not.

My situation - my leased licenses are dieing in 5 days.

I have a seller, who has owned an OWNED vbulletin license since Feb 17th, its been 2 months, not three months yet.

So it cannot be transferrable, however~

is it ok for me to just purchase it and use his login details?

and in the account, just switch the URL to my site's?

is this legit, and is this possible.
